the police is questionin me about my daughter taking a purse from a store i told them i didnt see a purse ask me have my daughter been in trouble before i told them yes, told them she only took socks they showed me pictures of my car and her picking up a purse told them how do they know if that was there purse told them i need to talk to my daughter

Why would you be talking to the police about your daughter without a lawyer? Stop, and get a lawyer, and hopefully you haven't harmed her case too much already.
