possesion of a weapon on school property
i was arrested for drunk in public searched then takin to rockdale county jail Ga. after i got out the car the police found a knife in their car and said it was mine i went to the bond hearing and was told to sign an acknowledgment paper saying i could not return my question is what happens if i do return i have not been expelled and the school knows not about the weapon charge and i also know iam not guilty since the negligent cop was riding with the knife in his car the hold time iam due to return on the 17 of march after being locked up for a month
also what advice can i get towards beating the case?

Get a good attorney and go to trial.
