Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
if someone pressed charges on someone and they got sentenced in court but now they say they basically lied and want to change their mind, what recourse do they have?

After the case is over and a person is convicted, they can go talk to the police or prosecutor. They should expect to be arrested for perjury and spend significant time in jail. Their statement may or may not help the person who was already sentenced.
