Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I am currently on pretrail diversion program for forgery in the 3rd degree I have failed 2 drug test and my probation officer said that she will consult with the DA to see if they will me. Will I be kicked out of the program

My vote is yes, because you failed two separate drug tests, which means you are using drugs, even though you received a big break by getting PTD.
