Pre-trial Intervention?
While working as a limo driver I was charged with 6 felony counts of drug possession. I opted out for pre-trial intervention which afterwards was supposed to clear my record. I completed pre-trial over a year ago and I still have not received any mail regarding my case. What is happening with my case. How do I find out what is going on?

Either hire an attorney to call the prosecutor or call the prosecutor yourself.
