Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I'm on pretrial for less than a oz. Of marij. I no longer wish to be in pretrial cause of money and time. I know I will be given another court date what do you think the out come will be. It's my first time drug offense.

You should be asking your lawyer (and if you don't have one, you're, to be blunt, being a fool). Pretrial diversion dropouts can land in jail (your maximum sentence is1 year plus $1000 fine plus surcharges), and if you avoid jail you likely will have expensive and annoying probation that likely is more difficult than diversion. A big reason to do diversion is to avoid a conviction. With a conviction, which you carry for life, many employers won't employ you, you can't get most scholarships, you can't live in public housing, you can't join the military, and other adverse things may happen.
