Can you go to prison twice on the same case number, if you have an amended sentence?

No one here knows anything about your case. The person you need to be asking is your attorney. Presumably, if you were facing prison time, you either hired a lawyer or asked for a public defender, and the attorney who handled your case would know the facts needed to answer you. It certainly is very possible to be in jail more than once during a case.
