Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
If I am already on probation and I am arrested for the same crime will my probation be revoked or can the Judge increase my probation

It depends on the crime. The judge has the discretion to do either, but you can probably bet that he's likely not going to just increase your probation. You messed up. Hire a Georgia criminal defense attorney to represent you and give you the best possibility of a the best possible outcome.
