Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I am already on probation for a feleny charge now i was caught with a forged prescription for a pain script when i went to the pharmacy to pick it up i was arrested and charged with 12 other scripts that were already filled in my name. i need to go to a rehap. but what are my chances of getting out of jail i have been in here for 15 days now and have not been able to see my probation officer or an attorney.

Your chances are slim. Get somebody from rehab to go to bat for you with probation and the judge. Also, GET A LAWYER.
