Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I'm currently on probation in Georgia for a DUI but I live in Florida so i call and report. I recently was charged with driving with a suspended license. The question is should I tell my probation officer and if so what would the consequences be?

You made a foolish mistake. Not only can you be jailed for that new charge, but the new charge can be grounds to revoke your probation. Call your Georgia lawyer about the Georgia probation and hire a Florida lawyer for the new case. And stop driving.
