Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I'm on probation in Georgia and have a suspended license, I was stopped and ticketed in Tennessee for speeding, and for driving on a suspended license. If I go to court in Tennessee and pay the tickets without telling my probation officer, is he likely to find out anyway? I'd like to avoid telling him in order to avoid a probation violation.

With a thought process like that, you might as well save time and simply break into jail. Waiting for your PO to find out is even dumber than your multiple violations (leaving the state with permission, driving with a suspended license, and speeding to make sure you get caught). What you need to do is to get TWO good lawyers, one in each state, to attempt to minimize the consequences.
