Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I been on probation for almost 6 Months , I get off June 6 . I owe my probation officer $111.00 . but 2 weeks ago , I got arrested for simple battery . & My probation officer sent out an warrant . I now have to give 229.00 for the warrant . do I still have too serve jail time , if I only have a week left of probation ?

Why have you not called your lawyer? You're facing probation revocation for violating your probation, and you're facinga new charge that carries up to a year in jail. The one place you should not be today is on the computer. You need to be proactive and see your lawyer today (not soon, but now) to see what is best in your case.
