Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
probation violation
My son was on parole and got arrested. They automatically revoked his parole and while he was serving they also revoked his probation that ran consecutive to the parole. Then they dropped the charges for lack of evidence. Does he have to serve all of the probation time and shouldnt his time start from the time he was arrested?
