Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I have been under probation for four years for aggravated assault I was 18 when this occurred and I was sentenced to adjucation withheld I have never been in trouble in my life and I have an absolutely clean record I will be off of probation 5-29-13 and I'm wondering what are my chances if getting my record sealed or expundged?
