Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

If you were pulled over and ask what is the speed limit and anser 55 and the state patrol said try agin you say I don't know how fast I was going and he keep bring up my eyes being dilated and I kept tell I don't get high and the only pills was inflammatory meds and Toradol and aspirin then he wrights me up for doing 71 in a 55 but he was coming down a hill and I was going up the hill opposite directions he never show neon radar What my speed was are when it was last calibration test was can I beat this ticket
