Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I have been trying to purchase a shotgun and they (FBI) are investigating it further. What does this mean? I haven't ever been convicted or charged with any crime. However, I do have a son that has a felony conviction and has given my address as his. He doesn't live with me. Could this possibly be the reason?
