Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

I was put on probation, for 12 months to pay off my fines. I could not find a job, so there for i could not pay them. In result i asked my probation officer to have me banned from the county. She told me to call her next week and she would let me know. I called a week later, i got her secretary. I told her to let her know i would call her back, when i did i didn't get an answer. i did this multiple times. The reason for being banned, was so i could no longer be a problem to them, and i could go back home. I only had one chance to go and had to take it. So now i have a warrent because the banned never went thru. So i want to know what i can do to avoid jail time and extra fines?

If you were foolish enough to ignore a court order and leave the jurisdiction without permission, you should expect to go to jail and owe fines for the new offense.

Since you have a warrant turn yourself in. It won't get better with time. You do need a good lawyer.
