Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Question about DA's
Can anything be done when a DA flat out calls a person something they haven't been convicted of? In example ''drug dealer''. This DA called a friend of mine something loudly in the courtroom and we need to know if there is something that can be done about this or used in court when his case comes to trial.
