Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My question is can my room mate still press charges for check card fraud for me getting money out of his account for the bills. He gave me access to the account and his pin. He wants to press charges on me now we both sat down and came up with a written agreement concerning this that we both signed now he's trying to press charges on me now that he's moved out.

Discuss that with the criminal lawyer you should have already hired. The answer depends on the language of the agreement and what you actually did, and posting details here on the internet where police and prosecutors can read it is dangerous.
