Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

I ask a question on 10/14 about how to file charges against someone for auto theft and it is not 12:18 10/16 and you still have not responde to my question. How rude. I kept my question short & followed all your rules. can i please get a response to my question ask of you now two days ago.

Pretty sure I answer with this:
First you need to call the police and file a report. If they don't want to press charges you can go down to the local courthouse and ask where you would apply for a warrant application.
