If I was not read my maranda rights can my case be dropped?

First of all it's Miranda, and second, as I am sure your lawyer told you (you got arrested so certainly the first thing you did was hire a lawyer, right?), the answer is no.
There is NO requirement to read you Miranda rights at any time. The only thing that happens if the police don't read them is they cannot use statements you make while in custody at a trial.
A note: if you have not hired a lawyer, do so immediately. It is necessary and important.
