Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I received a citation for an expired alcohol permit (county violation) after PASSING a underage sting operation. My permit expired 10 days before the sting and I went and got it renewed the next day.
I have an ordinance arraignment scheduled in two days and the fine is payable before the hearing and is $337.00.
If I go to the arraignment and plead guilty with leniency, do do think I will get a break on the fine?
