Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I received a letter the mail stating that my warrant on charges I had already been picked up on was dismissed. It read
Asked 3 minutes ago - Peachtree City, GA
the letter reads " the above and foregoing warrant is dismissed" the reason is"...on the verge of the statute of limitations running and with insufficient investigation...restitution was made questionable if it was all made but impossible to tell with this investigation." does this mean the case and all charges are dropped?

Possibly. Obviously when you got arrested you would have known to retain a lawyer, and you should call that lawyer, who will know, to be sure. Note that if a warrant is dropped and the statute of limitations has not run, you could be recharged.
