Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I recently have gotten arrested for a possesion of marijuana which was only like a gram and i also got a ticket for a broken headlight and I got my liscence supende for class D restrictions. My question is that the officer never read me my Miranda Rights so if I bring that up in court will the charges be dropped, and do I need to hire an attorney??

Like many people, you are mistaken about the failure to give Miranda rights. That only means that any confession you may have given will not be admissible in court. It does NOT meand the charges will be dropped.
