Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I was recently caught shoplifting my second offense and made a plea for first offender I've paid all fees and fines but I still have 9 months remaining on probation . But I've really messed up and got caught again except this time on government property am I looking at jail time ? I work two jobs and go to school I have a serious problem and I need help.
