Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

I have recently been charged in Houston County in the state of Georgia for Terroristic Threat and gicing false age, i have found out that the "threat" was me saying, in an intoxicated state of mind, that he will regret arresting me because i would get his badge taken. I have one other charge from six years ago which is Theft 3 from when i was 14, though it was taken offf my record. What is the likely outcome under these circumstances?
