Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I recieved a 10 do 1 on a felony Theft by taking. I Served and have been out for a little over a year. I have not reported to probation but 2 times. What am i looking at if i turn myself in?

Get a good lawyer. (And yes you need to turn yourself in - the longer you wait the more time you are likely to serve).
