Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

Reckless Endangerment

I am a Business Law student from Rome, Georgia and we are participating in a mock trial. My partner and I are prosecuting attorneys and are attempting to charge the defendant with Vehicular Homocide, DUI, and Reckless Endangerment. We are unsure of the exact laws of each of these charges and would greatly appreciate it if someone could give us some insight into these charges. Thank you! :)
