Can my record be expunged even thou I plead guilty?
8 Years ago I plead guilty to a felony charge, because I was afraid to be deported if I accept a trial and lose. Can my record be expunged?

The short answer is no. Georgia does not allow felony expungement and neither does Iowa. It would be virtually impossibl;e to make the charge go away.
