reinstating my rights
i was sentenced to 5 yrs probation in 1999 for 1st degree forgery i violated my probation for not paying not reporting finished my sentenced sept 23rd 2003 and havnt been in any trouble since ive been out. thats the onlyest felony ive got. i want to reinstate my gun rights

There is a method by which you may do it however, you need to seek the advice of counsel and either file a petition in the superior court or petition the governor for a pardon, you may attempt to do this on your own, but it will be a daunting task..
Seek counsel and hope you need not wait until 2013
