Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I am trying to remove a news publication about me from the internet. I was found not guilty 2 years ago but this story still has cost me 3 jobs and more embarrassment then I can express with words. How do I go about getting it removed when the news agency will not return calls or emails regarding the matter?

As long as the reporting is mostly accurate, news stories cannot be forced to be removed (and even if they could be, phone calls and emails would not get a response - legal matters are done with real mail.)

If news stories were taken down upon request, think about what that would be for the quality of news when people with a lot more pull than us want them taken down?
