not repusented properly

lawyer has not informed client properly of her right and has not given her legal advise to her best choice of her charges. client has not been totally informed of rights. first time offender.

From your question I am unable to determine if you are complaining of ineffective assistence of counsel, or just have a problem communicating with your current attorney. You are entitled to have the information and advice you describe and I would recommend that you insist your lawyer provide the necessary information from which you can make a proper and informed decision about going to trial or entering a plea. If you have already done so, and your problem is ineffective assistence of counsel, you need to consult with an attorney familiar with the issue of ineffective counsel, to determine if you have any appeal rights based on this or other issues.

If you are being represented by appointed counsel, and have not yet gone to trial, you may want to consider requesting a change in representation.
