Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I have requested an expungement and It was denied although the charges were nolle. How long do I have to appeal the denial?

It is very unlikely that an appeal of a discretionary ruling would succeed. But any appeal must be done within 30 days of the ruling.
