Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
response to a subpoena if not resining in said state
I was subpoenaed to testify against my X-husband on a criminal case in a Georgia court. I was not a resident of Georgia at the time he was arrested, nor am I a resident now. Can I be forced to testify against him.

Whether or not you can be compelled to testify against him will be determined by the particular facts of the his case, as well as those facts regarding you marriage to him. My best suggestion is that you contact your husband's lawyer.
