what would you have to do to try and get your rights back to be able to have a firearm if convicted of a feloney and its been ten years since you have been convicted and you have done all of your probation and have been in any kind of trouble

Under Federal law (1968 Gun Control Act) a convicted felon may not possess a firearm. That ban is for life.
