How many years does robbery by intimidation carry in the state of Georgia? (Bank robbery)

The statute allows a sentence of 1-20 years. Armed robbery is a different charge and carries a mandatory minimum of 10 years without parole up to a life sentence. Both can be serious charges. If you are facing criminal charges, please contact our firm directly for information on representation.
