Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

roommate rights

My roommate's father has outlined visitation rights for my boyfriend in our apartment. It was made abundantly clear to the roommate before the signing of the lease that he would be staying on weekends. He has also been calling my parents causing them emotional distress and accusing me of immoral behavior. Am I under any obligation to accept a proposal by which my boyfriends visitation is severely limited? Also, he has threatened to stay with his daughter on the 2 weekends/month on which he does not permit my boyfriend to be here. If this causes me distress and it for the purpose of monitoring my activities, isn't that stalking? If my boyfriend comes to visit and either my roommate or her father object is there any possibility that my boyfriend could be charged with trespassing despite having my permission to be in the apartment?
