sealing, pardon, nolo contendre misdemeanor
plead nolo contendre to simple battery/cruelty to children was not prosecuted in clayton county ga. how do i get this off my record. can i seal, pardon, etc.

If you pled, then you have a conviction. If it has been five years since completing your sentence and you don't have anything new on your record, you may qualify for a pardon. We submit a petition to the Board of Pardons and Paroles. Email me directly for more information.
