Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
search warrants
Is a warrant valid if the issue date next to the judges signature is post dated for several days after the actual search took place...(warrant date and time issued is October 10, 2005 @ 3PM followed by judges signature, however, the search happened on October 6, 2005...4 days before it's issue date?)
Furthermore, does a warrant have to explain the reason for the search, and if there are ''attachments'' noted, do copies of the attachments have to be left with the copy of the warrant?
thanks!
