Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Sentence Reduction
I was sentenced to a ten years for possession of cocaine, violation of Georgia Control Substance act. I served 22 months in prison. I was released with 38 months parole and 5 yrs probation. I would like to know if there is such a thing as Sentence Reduction. I really feel I got a long sentence for my crime. Is there anything I can file to have my sentence reduced?

Re: Sentence Reduction
yes, there is a sentence review. Your time is up so you are most likely out of luck. There is a fixed time to apply. Please check with your local attorney for more details.
