What can "I" do? After I am retained, I can file motions to get the time reduced. What can "you" do? Probably nothing. See my website for my experience: www.lawrencelewispc.com Good luck.

What you "could've" done was retain an attorney in the first place, so "someone" wasn't sentenced too much time at sentencing.
Good luck!

Unless you are a lawyer you can't do anything. What you should have done is gotten them a lawyer in the first place. You might get them a lawyer now to see if any motions are appropriate.
