Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My same sex spouse (both men) had an argument which resulted in him with a dislocated kneecap and me a bruised ankle and foo t. No kids , and no alcohol or drugs involved .I was arrested for aggravated battery in Georgia and given a $52,000 bond. He was up walking in a few days . My question is I think the charge was to severe . What do you think ?
