Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
shoplifting
I am on probation for theft by shoplifting (felony) i didnt catch any new charges since ive been on. I caught 2 more shoplifting charges before i was put on probation for that charge. One of my charges was a (felony) the other was a (mis) all of these charges are in georgia but in diffrent cities. Those charges are still pending. I want to know is there any way i can keep from going to jail with these charges. Those are the only 3 charges on my record. I have to go before the judge for a jury dkt call on may for the (mis) shoplifting please help me!!!
