Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

Ill try to keep it short this is basicly what happen

in jan my 2.2 million dollar home was foreclosed on a friend let us put some things at his house and get my mail fowarded to his house while we figured out what to do next this is me ,my boyfriend and my 22 yr old daughter. we decided we wanted to move out of state so we started traveling just me and my boyfriend my daughter stayed at her boyfriends or her best friends house when we were not in town she only stayed there when we were in atlanta and only went by the house by my request to check our mail( still having the basics at our friends house] i was gone for 5 months .i also left my truck at this guys house{ not for him to drive }

ok aug 24 we get a call that hes in jail ... they pulled him over because he had tryed to sell and undercover cop some cocaine arrest him............later the police come to his house no ones home they break down the door and proceed to trash the house go thru evrything find weed in his room like 3 ozs they go in my daughters room and there is smoked roaches very small 2 in her room some where ...she had not been there in weeks except to check the mail the guy had his friends over all the time his girlfriend and kid stayed there all the time so the police leave that same night i called my daughter and told her to go by the house the next day to check on our stuff and the police came and arrester her for marijuana less then an oz for the roaches in her room . these were not hers .......how can they prove they were hers.........we had no idea that the guys was doing anything wrong we we not there very much she does not deserve to get in trouble help what do i do have no money for a laywer

If you have no money for an attorney, then you have no worries. The public defender will be assigned to represent your daughter, and he/she will handle the case.
