Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I have a sibling who has utilized my name as one of her a AKAs or aliases throughout her criminal history. I have confronted her about it but she dismisses it as if it is of no consequence to her. Although I have not seen where this misuse ofmy name has caused any problems in my life; what can I do about it ? Do I have any rights? Do I have the right to file charges?

This is VERY likely to cause you problems. You could easily end up jailed after a traffic stop when an officer thinks you are the other person. While I don't know of anything you can file, consider going to your local police station with your ID, file a complaint for identity theft, be sure they write a DETAILED report, and carry a certified copy of that report with you every day for the rest of your life.
