Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
i have a simple assault charge. this incident occured in oct. 2008 and was arrested in late 2009 while applying for a job. i am now applying for the fire department and it has come up again asking for a disposition. i have not recieved a court date to my knowledge. what should i do.
