Simple battery
If the accuser don't show up for court do they throw out the case, I have been to court three times.

Sounds like the prior no shows were for pretrial hearings. Witnesses seldom show up for pretrial dates.
If the accuser doesn't show up for trial and there are no other witnesses to prove that you committed the battery, then yes, the case would be dismissed - unless the DA can show good cause for a continuance.
