Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
i got a simple possession ticket going through Georgia. I live in Tennessee. my question is I was told even if pay the fine & don't show up for court I will lose my license for 6 months. can Georgia pull my Tennessee license?

If you had a Georgia License, a possession charge would suspend your Georgia license for 6 months. If you have a Tennessee license, you should ask a Tennessee lawyer what that would do.
