my sister accused me of eating up the food. i left her home, called her and told her if she did that again, i was going to fuck her up. does this constitute terroristic threat in georgia?

Yes. If she decides to press charges, you can end up with a felony charge (terroristic threats) or other charges such as harassing phone calls.

If that happens, get a very good criminal lawyer.

And in the meantime, enroll yourself in an anger management course. You clearly need it (and it may help your lawyer defend you).

Yes. If it was recorded or someone else heard the threat she can press charges. There must be corroboration in order to proceed forward with the charge of terroristic threats. She is always able to go to the courts and take a TPO.
