Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My sister is currently being held along with a couple of others on several counts felony murder and robbery but there is no forsenic evidence that ties her to the case. Other then I believe she may have confessed to luring the guy in for the robbery attempt but had nothing to do with the murders. This is her first time ever in trouble with the law. Is there a chance to get probation? What is the chance of conviction?
